Work History

Upon Completion of Post-Doctoral training at the Fox Chase Cancer Center, I was employed in the Dept. of Pathology and Lab. Medicine at the MCP- Hahnemann Univ. from 1992-1997 where I achieved the rank of Assoc. Professor and the Dir. of the Molecular Pathobiology Graduate Prog. I have been employed at Cephalon, Inc. since 1992 where as Director of Oncology Research I oversee our molecule drug discovery research efforts.

Career Achievements

Contributed to the understanding of the molecular pathology of human pancreatic cancer in the early 1990's. Put forth the, "Neurotrophin- Trk hypothesis" for the involvement of specific neurotrophic growth factors in the growth, invasion & progression of pancreatic cancer and played critical role in building and directing Oncology Research at Cephalon; one of the 10 profitable and leading biopharmaceutical companies in the U.S
